Problem Solvers/People of Solutions
Scripture states that Christ is the wisdom of God (1 Cor. 1:24) and that He is wisdom from God for believers (1 Cor. 1:30). Those who continually abide in Christ, remain in His Word, and walk in step with the Holy Spirit (Gal. 5:25) will be filled with divine wisdom—the wisdom from above. Such believers become people of solutions, problem solvers. In Christ, they are full of wisdom, bold in proclaiming His way, unwavering in faith, and steadfastly consistent. They bring answers and solutions to the challenges people face.
In Act. 6:10, it is said that people could not withstand the wisdom and Spirit with which Stephen spoke. Likewise, God has blessed believers with every spiritual blessing in Christ (Eph. 1:3), equipping them to be a source of solutions in their surroundings. True followers of Christ bring the hope of Christ to a world in great need (Matt. 5:13-14). Sometimes, a simple act—such as offering a smile or acknowledging someone who is often overlooked—can be a great blessing.
God has ordained His children to be people of solutions through Jesus Christ, who lives in them. Therefore, they must intimately abide in Him and His Word. As Christians Walk in Christ, they will bear fruit and help others.
What, in fact, is the problem that these believers who abide in Christ solve? What is the solution they bring?
The ultimate problem mankind faces is alienation (separation) from God because of sin (Col. 1:21).
The solution is that believers who abide in Christ graciously help others see the love of God, so that they may draw near to Him, receive His gift, and be saved. In wisdom, they point people to Christ, who is the solution in every case. People of solutions connect others to the Solution—Christ Himself.
Consequently, believers who faithfully walk before God in Christ become problem solvers—people of solutions.
