Discipleship Ministry

We “blow the trumpet” to call the people of God to stand up now and intentionally live a lifestyle of discipleship—effectively being disciples who make disciples who multiply.

The Lord has given me a deep burden for the intentional making of disciples across all age groups—from early childhood to the later stages of life. Every believer should be living as a disciple of Jesus and a potential disciple-maker.

Our discipleship ministry is based on the belief that mentoring is fundamental to helping people grow spiritually. Christianity is a community of faith—a faith that involves one another, walking together with other saints. We believe in the power of mentoring to help believers become true disciples. In fact, Scripture commands mentoring, such as older women mentoring younger women (Titus 2:3–5). The Lord Jesus Himself is our greatest example of a life of mentoring. He chose His disciples and was with them so that He might send them out. Christ modeled mentoring for us (Mark 3:14).

I believe Jesus intended older generations to pour into younger generations in a way that enriches the church, brings life and vitality to our homes, and strengthens marriages, family relationships, our communities, and our nations.

In Matthew 28:18–20, Jesus commanded that we "go and make disciples... teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you."

Teaching people to observe God’s commands is done through the process of doing life with them. Verbal teaching alone is not enough; people learn better by seeing others live it out. The Lord Jesus said, “Follow me.” A disciple is a learner. Christ calls people to follow Him (Luke 9:23) so they may learn from Him—not only from His words but from His character, actions, and way of life in obedience to the Father.

Teaching people to love and obey God’s commands happens through the process of doing life with them. This is discipleship: growing together in love, knowledge, and service to God, from generation to generation.

God calls us and sends us so that we may be fruitful and multiply. God wants us to know Him and make Him known to others. A believer in Christ is a sent one.

At this stage, the development and implementation of our discipleship ministry are ongoing and operate through the following approaches:

1-Personal and Group Engagement – We invite individuals, couples, and both small and large groups to spend time together, discuss relevant topics, share meals, and make plans for discipleship.

2-Intentional Relationship Building – We aim to instill in individual believers and the Church the mindset of discipleship according to Jesus’ example. All should be taught as disciples and as disciple-makers. This is the purpose of our relationships within the church.

3- Encouraging Intentional Christian Living – We encourage believers to live life together intentionally, growing in love, knowledge, and service to God as a unified goal.

4- Teaching Through Life Experiences – We believe people learn best by engaging in life together and actively applying the truth of God’s Word and Jesus’ teachings, by the power of the Holy Spirit.

5- Church Involvement – We encourage churches to engage more deeply in discipleship training and actively implement it.

6- Gatherings and Travel – We are available to meet in person with discipleship leaders and groups to offer support, modeling, and encouragement for their discipleship ministry.

7- Online Training – We are available to meet online to provide support, modeling, and encouragement for those engaged in discipleship.

8- Providing Discipleship Resources – We offer materials to help believers understand discipleship and equip them to make disciples who, in turn, disciple others—ensuring ongoing multiplication.
