Prayer Ministry
We “blow the trumpet” to call the people of God to stand up now and pray.
Prayer is at the heart of The Trumpet Blower Ministries and is always centered on the revival and flourishing of Christ’s Church.
If believers in Christ truly believed that prayer works, and that God actually answers prayer as He promised in the Bible, they would be praying. The lack of prayer is a lack of faith and trust in God.
God used Ezekiel 22:30 to show me that He is still looking for people who will stand in the gap—who will stand up and pray with a heart that desires to see Christ’s Kingdom come and the Church be light and salt in this dark world.
We call on God in prayer because we believe that He hears and answers. By His design, His Kingdom comes, and His will is done through the prayers of His people. Prayer is foundational for a victorious life in Christ.
In fact, when we realize that it is God alone who draws people to Himself and gives them a new heart (John 6:44–45; Ezekiel 36:26), that we can do nothing apart from Him (John 15:5), that our fruit comes from God Himself (Hosea 14:8), and that God has commanded us to ask, seek, and knock (Matthew 7:7), we understand that our prayers are like fertilizer—and that prayer should be as natural as breathing to believers. In a few words, prayer is really acknowledging our need for God and expressing our complete dependence on Him.
If we take seriously the fact that God said, "Without Me, you can do nothing," and that we are to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), we will understand the importance of prayer. God, in fact, is the One who does everything and gives every good gift (James 1:17), and a believer walks in Him by faith (Hebrews 10:38).
Because we believe that effective prayer and the Word of God go hand in hand, we pray according to God’s Holy Word.
We come together as The Trumpet Blower Ministries team on Zoom every first and third Sunday of the month to pray. We welcome all who have a heart to pray for the Church of the living God to join us via the link below.
On this website, we welcome your prayer requests. Please feel free to send them, and we will joyfully lift them up to God Almighty.
